Knox Institute Building

The Knox Institute is Category B listed building in Ayrshire - built in 1892 - this 3-story corner site was being developed into a new co-working habitat. With challenging environmental features, with a nearby waterway - and multiple level changes internally, we were required to complete extensive detailing of listed architectural features. This restoration and development project meant an extended period of modeling after data capture and a meticulous level of detail to be obtained. Delivered 2D Drawing files.
